Multi-Tenant Operator Access
Operators can now be assigned permissions to manage multiple customer organizations or business units from a single interface. This is ideal for service providers and facility managers who oversee security across many entities.
Mobile Access Control
Organizations can grant or block mobile app access for each operator, giving them tighter control over how their systems are accessed in the field.
Flexible MFA Options & IP Restrictions

Support added for Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and FreeOTP
MFA can be bypassed for designated operators in specific environments
IP range restrictions help limit access to known internal networks, reducing the need for MFA in trusted zones

Secure Door Command
Operators can lock any door strike in secure mode, requiring users to present a valid card or PIN—regardless of normal door schedules. This is particularly useful in high-security or alarm-linked environments.
Encrypted Communication Made Simple
OSDP Secure Channel encryption can now be configured directly from the GUI. This simplifies secure hardware communication setup without requiring deep technical intervention.
Enhanced Rules Engine
Based on direct customer feedback, the Rule Engine now includes additional settings for deeper automation and more precise control of alarm responses, user actions, and system behaviors.
Enhanced VIGIL Video Experience

VIGIL CORE now delivers a more seamless video management experience through enhanced integration with VIGIL CLOUD and VIGIL Appliance cameras. Users can access advanced features—including 360° de-warping, live and recorded video playback, smart search, and event verification—directly within the platform. This update provides a unified, intuitive interface for more efficient monitoring and faster incident response.
