PACOM Spain has introduced three new technological innovations that strengthen its ecosystem for the advanced management of critical and multi-site facilities: the S1000 Controller, the VIGIL CORE centralized platform, and the new VIGIL CORE Manager App. These developments address the growing need for organizations to have more robust, interoperable, and accessible systems anytime and anywhere.
The S1000 Controller is a compact and robust device that combines access control, intrusion, alarm management, and video functions. Designed to operate even in extreme environmental conditions, it integrates a battery charger, 4G connectivity, and modular configuration options. Its ability to operate independently, along with compatibility with IoT devices and remote management via LAN/WAN, makes it an ideal solution for demanding environments where reliability is critical.
VIGIL CORE is an intelligent, cloud-based, and fully scalable management platform. Aimed at sectors such as critical infrastructure, banking, retail, and public administration, it enables centralized supervision of multiple sites and remote assets. Its key features include interoperability with third-party systems, integration with databases and video services, IoT compatibility, and the use of logical rules through artificial intelligence. All this is managed remotely and securely through browsers or mobile devices.
Completing this ecosystem, PACOM has developed the VIGIL CORE Manager App, an application optimized for Android and iOS that brings monitoring directly to the user’s pocket. The app provides a real-time dashboard, alarm monitoring with push notifications, live or recorded video viewing, and control over access points, sensors, and BMS systems. Thanks to its secure authentication layer, it maintains the same level of protection as the central platform, while adding the flexibility of mobile access.
The addition of the S1000 Controller, VIGIL CORE platform, and the mobile Manager App marks a significant step forward in PACOM’s solution evolution.
