The PACOM 1076 two door controller is a dual card reader access control interface designed specifically to operate with PACOM controllers and security management software. It also provides redundancy operation (“degraded mode” operation) should the door controller become offline to the system in that it either stores the last used access cards or is programmed to allow access based on access card facility code only.
The 1076 provides a hard-wired interface connection for two independent access control devices using standard Wiegand or magnetic stripe formats.
Each reader port provides four end-of-line (EOL) supervised inputs (door status, egress, strike monitor and one spare), and two relay outputs. The 1076 communicates via multi-drop RS485 port to various PACOM controllers. The number of PACOM 1076 modules that can be connected depends upon the capacity and configuration of the PACOM controller.
The PACOM 1064 single door controller is a single card reader access control interface designed specifically to operate with PACOM controllers and security management software. It also provides redundancy operation (“degraded mode” operation) should the door controller become offline to the system, in that it either stores the last used access cards or is programmed to allow access based on access card facility code only.

PACOM’s vault controllers are designed for connecting certain vault equipment such as seismic vibration detectors and vault doors with the main alarm and access control controllers.
The PACOM 1076 Vault Controller is specifically designed for controlling vault/ ATM opening operation and operates with PACOM Controllers. The 1076 Vault Controller communicates with controllers via multi-drop RS485 device line.
The 1076 Vault Controller does more than detect alarm panel inputs and set output requests to an alarm panel. It will control a vault/ ATM so that it can be opened only if pre-defined conditions are satisfied. This helps ensure the prevention of unauthorised access.
The 1076 Vault Controller also has an optional 4-digit 7-segment LED display. This is used to indicate vault related timers, such as remaining vault open time and similar.
The PACOM 1065 elevator controller controls access to floors serviced by an elevator. Generally, a card reader is installed in the elevator car and when a valid card is swiped, the selection buttons for the floors authorised for that cardholder can be activated. Once a floor selection button is pressed, no other floor can be selected.
The PACOM elevator controller also supports the “apartment” operation. In this scenario, the person in the apartment can press a button to allow a visitor access to the floor that the apartment is on. When the visitor enters the elevator, only the floor that has granted the access is selectable.
When connected to an integrated access control and intrusion controller, each PACOM controller can control access to up to 16 consecutively numbered floors.
