PACOM EMCS is a scalable middleware application that enhances PACOM GMS by managing the real-time messaging of multiple field controllers.
EMCS gathers and routes alarms and messages by collecting data from sites and forwarding it to monitoring systems such as PACOM GMS, VIGIL CORE and third-party systems.
