I am Per Wedin, and I work at ASSA Abloy as a Senior Key Account Manager supporting defined large customers and Aperio OEM´s with our solutions.
Working closely with PACOM as a technical partner helps us deliver strong and functional solutions together with the PACOM Unison platform. By combining the ARX access control system, the flexible and secure eCLIQ electronic locking platform, and PACOM’s Unison unified security management system, organizations gain a scalable, modern, and centrally managed security ecosystem that supports both wired and wireless access points, advanced alarm integration, and seamless multi‑site control.

One of the most exciting developments right now is the integration between ARX Voco and eCLIQ, combining traditional wired access control with modern electronic locking technology.
ARX Voco manages wired infrastructure and online readers, while eCLIQ extends secure access to offline or remote doors through programmable electronic cylinders. Together, they enable a truly hybrid access control environment—covering wired, wireless, online, and offline doors, all governed by the same access policies.
The ASSA and PACOM teams are currently preparing a new server environment to onboard ARX Voco and test these new capabilities. The goal is to ensure that the integration behaves in line with our existing setup in Unison—meaning we can read and synchronize configuration data directly from ARX into Unison.
We also expect the new eCLIQ devices to function in a similar way to existing access control units within Unison, with only minor adjustments required on the Unison side. This is particularly exciting because it allows us to extend a consistent security model across all types of doors and environments, without increasing complexity for the operator.
