PACOM EXPANDS TEAM IN CHINA AS PART OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IN ASIA
PACOM has appointed a full time integrated security representative in China as part of a strategic growth program targeting commercial, telecommunications, banking, financial services, infrastructure and retail sectors throughout China.
Zhijian Li has joined the PACOM team as Business Development Manager after successful years at Honeywell Fire & Security. Zhijian Li brings with him vast business development experience in the Chinese security sector, which he will be channelling to enhancing brand awareness of PACOM in China and driving the adoption of PACOM’s integrated security management solutions through face to face engagements with end-users, consultants and value-added resellers.
There are both great opportunities and challenges of the Chinese security market, says Zhijian Li. China is on its way establishing itself as a developed society. Hence the awareness of advanced security solutions is increasing considering the growth in the infrastructure and commercial PACOM enters the Chinese market with a solid track record of providing solutions to some of the world’s biggest corporations in banking, infrastructure, healthcare and other business verticals.
Li will report to Giri Ramamoorthy, Director for Sales & Development for PACOM in Asia. Commenting on the Li’s appointment in China, Giri says –I am excited to have Zhijian Li join the Asia team at a time when our awareness and market share is increasing across the region.
