Dear Partner, 

As a valued customer of PACOM, we wanted to personally reach out and thank you for your trust in us to keep you, your employees and your facilities safe.

In the spirit of safety and security, we wanted to share with you what we are doing to limit risks for our employees, customers and partners related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to actively and effectively manage our businesses in response to COVID-19, with three key objectives in mind: 

  1. Keeping our employees and their families safe.
  2. Ensuring our business is fully operational to serve customers.
  3. Doing our part as a corporate citizen to contain the spread of the virus. 

To provide a healthy work environment and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have instituted global and regional travel restrictions. We are encouraging employees to hold group meetings virtually, and we are continuing to emphasize WHO and CDC guidelines for personal prevention techniques and travel guidance.

We continue to monitor this situation closely, and we are committed to ensuring our core operations and business remain fully operational and ready to serve you.

To maintain business continuity for our partners and their end users, we are closely monitoring the impact the current situation may have on our suppliers. It has been “all hands-on deck” across our company to mitigate the Coronavirus impact to our supply chain with daily pulses including our executive leadership team. We have taken action in the form of forward buys in our supply chain to mitigate any potential risk.
