HID’s EasyLobby is a secure visitor management solution that has been integrated with PACOM GMS to offer a range of advanced visitor management functions to customers. EasyLobby® enables GMS customers to take advantage of an enterprise-class automated visitor registration process, tracking, reporting and badge printing, watch list screening, as well as web-based pre-registration and employee/contractor time and attendance.

RightCrowd Workforce Essentials allows PACOM GMS customers to take full advantage of the workforce and visitor management functionality demanded by the Fortune 50. Delivered “out-of-the-box”, the solution simplifies and automates pre-defined access management processes to deliver increased efficiency and productivity improvements to the security management team.

RightCrowd Workforce Essentials bundles access and identity management functionality at a fraction of the cost.   • Add, edit or delete Cardholder/ Visitor’s personal details, badges, access levels and view their physical security events
  • View Access Levels and Readers (areas) associated to that Access Level
  • View Readers (areas)
  • Set-up processes to react to specific events when they are received from PACOM GMS security platform
  • Acknowledge events received from PACOM GMS security platform
